Recept dana: Tiramisu za dvoje

Sastojci

8 jaja
400 g piškota
650 g maskarpone sira
500 ml kafe
kakao

Priprema

Odvojiti 8 belanaca od žumanaca.
Ulupati čvrst sneg od belanaca.
Umutiti žumanca sa 150 g šećera.
U smesu od žumanaca kašikom postepeno umešati sir maskarpone i sneg od belanaca.
U 500 ml kafe umakati jednu po jednu 400 g piškota i ređati na tanjir za serviranje.
Prvi red piškota prekriti polovinom fila.
Poređati drugi red piškota i prekriti preostalim filom.
Posuti kakaom i dobro ohladiti u frižideru.
