Krompiriće ostrugati nožem, oprati i preseći napola. Ljubičasti luk oljuštiti, oprati i iseći na režnjeve. Mladi luk očistiti, oprati i iseći na kolutiće. Grančicu-dve ruzmarina oprati, ocediti, odvojiti iglice pa ih sitno iseckati.
U većoj šerpi ili tiganju sa poklopcem zagrejati ulje. Dodati krompir i ljubičasti luk i pržiti desetak minuta skoro neprestano mešajući, pazeći da ne zagori.
Dodati mladi luk i pržiti još desetak minuta.
Posoliti, pobiberiti i posuti i ruzmarinom. Sipati malo vode (šoljicu), poklopiti i kuvati još petnaestak minuta.
