Recept dana: Pileća salata sa kikirikijem

200 g testenine bez jaja
250 g posnog majoneza
1 pakovanje zamrznutog povrća
5 kiselih krastavčića
biber
so

Priprema

Kuvati u vodi 1 pakovanje smrznutog povrća (grašak, kukuruz, šargarepa…), dok ne omekša.
Ocediti kuvano povrće i ohladiti.
Skuvati testeninu (200 g) u dosta ključale, posoljene i pouljene vode pa ocediti.
Sitno iseckati 5 kiselih krastavčića i pomešati sa povrćem i testeninom.
Dodati 250 g posnog majoneza, so i biber po ukusu.
Sastojke dobro izmešati.
Salatu pre služenja staviti u frižider da se ohladi.
