oko 150 g oraha (od kojih malo odvadite za posipanje torte odgore, na kraju)
125 g butera (mora buter – ne margarin)
100 g čokolade
Priprema
KORA: umutite jaja, šećer i vanil šećer, pa dodate brašno, prašak za pecivo i 2 kašike ulja
Lagano sve izmešate i sipate u uljem namazan i brašnom posut veliki pleh (od šporeta)
Pečete na 200 stepeni,
Kada je patišpanj pečen, još u plehu ga presečete po širini dva puta – odn da dobijete tri uzdužne kore
Odmah sve tri kore premažite nekim dzemom
FIL: U šerpicu sipate malu šoljicu mleka, odmah dodate šecer, 125 g butera i kada se to sve rastopi, kada uzavri, dodajte orahe i čokoladu, još malo mešajte na vatri i sklonite
Samo malo sačekajte da se “ladne” (ohladi)
Dakle, moze i poluvruce i filujte tortu na sledeći način:
Uzdužna tacna, na nju prva kora-dzem odgore
Na dzem trećinu fila
Na fil stavite drugu koru, ali dzemom namazana strana na fil, pa sad namazite i ovu nenamazanu stranu druge kore, na dzem opet druga polovina fila, na fil treća kora – takodje namazanom stranom na fil, pa opet namazati dzemom nenamazanu stranu, pa ostatkom fila premazati odgore i posuti mlevenim orasima
Torta se zaista napravi za tren, a veoma je lepa i ukusna
