Transformacija tela je motivacija  za sve mame


“Ljudi govore stvari poput: ‘Telo ti je sada uništeno’, ‘Nikad nećeš biti ista’, ‘Gledaj šta se dogodi telu kad se porodiš’, bla bla bla”, napisala je fitnes instruktorka Emili Skaj na svom Instagram profilu i dodala: “Ljudi uvek imaju nešto da kažu i uvek će biti onih koji će govoriti da je nešto nemoguće pa bi trebalo da prestanete da ih slušate.”

Za izgovoreno dala je sopstveni primer, odlučila je da bude hrabra, i redovno je objavljivala fotografije svog napretka na Instagramu, kako bi one poslužile kao motivacija mamama širom Australije, pa i sveta.

Ćerku Miu je rodila u decembru 2017. godine, i od tada, na svakih nekoliko nedelja objavljuje fotografije svog postporođajnog tela. Na prvoj fotografiji koju je objavila, samo nekoliko dana posle porođaja, ona u mrežastim gaćicama drži svoje novorođenče, i piše “Jedva mogu da se prepoznam kada se pogledam u ogledalo. Daleko sam od glamurozne mame. Trenutno “živim” u ovim gaćama, a šavovi od epiziotomije su toliko bolni da ne mogu da sedim.”

I barely recognise myself when I look in the mirror! . I’m far from a “glam mum” HAHA! 😂 – I currently live in what you could call “granny undies”, it hurts to do much with the stitches from my episiotomy, and feeding is extremely painful – I had no idea it would be this bad! 😫 My back is still really sore and when I walk around it literally feels like my insides are going to fall out. 🙈 I also had diastasis recti that was 3 finger widths apart the day after giving birth. . My pregnancy was not how I thought it would be, I thought I’d be exercising regularly the whole way through but that did not happen as I was sick a lot of the time and had back pain that made it hard to just walk around the house. I ended up gaining over 21kg during my pregnancy in fat, fluid, baby, placenta etc. . So many people told me I would “bounce right back” after giving birth like a lot of other fit women do. – Well that’s definitely not the case for me! It’s only 5 days after I gave birth to Mia and I look about 6 or so months pregnant. I can tell I’m going to have a LOT of hard work ahead of me to get fit and strong again which I KNOW I can do but it’s not my priority right now – spending this time with my daughter is. Getting my “body back” can take a back seat for the time being… I’ll get there in a realistic time frame & I refuse to put pressure on myself to get there. . I am SO blessed and beyond happy to bring home my baby girl Mia today. I feel completely content. I look at her and start crying because of the overwhelming love I have for her and I love my body SO much for growing this precious little person. 😊🙌🏼💗 . . #5dayspostpartum #mumlife #bodypositive #blessed .

Fotografije na kojima joj se telo bukvalno transformiše, redovno je objavljivala, a na poslednjoj je uporedila svoj stomak šest nedelja nakon porođaja i sada, osam meseci kasnije.

Emili na obe fotografije nosi roze sportski grudnjak i kratak crni šorts, a kosa joj je vezana u rep. Već na prvi pogled može da se primeti kako na novoj fotografiji izgleda jače i srećnije, kao i da joj je telo u mnogo boljoj formi.

People said things like: “Your body is ruined now” “You’ll never be the same” “Let’s see what happens to your body once you have a baby” “You’ll bounce back” Bla bla bla. . People always have something to say and there will always be naysayers so you should stop listening to them. I’m happy, I feel great, and I’m getting fitter and stronger every day. . I’m absolutely blown away by my body because it grew a human and is still making food for that human. 🙌🏼😃 . Guess what else! I actually love my body more than ever now (so does @recdedmond 😜) and I’ve never felt more confident. . Love yourself no matter what, choose to be your best and never doubt yourself – you most certainly can look and feel amazing whether you’ve had a baby or not! 😘 . . #8monthspostpartum

“Svakim danom sam sve jača. Oduševljena sam svojim telom jer je u njemu raslo ljudsko biće i još uvek proizvodi hranu za njega”, objasnila je Emili koja kaže da svoje telo sada voli više nego ikada i nikad nije imala toliko samopouzdanja.

“Volite sebe bez obzira na sve, odaberite da budete najbolji i nikad ne sumnjajte u sebe – možete da izgledate i da osećate odlično bez obzira na to da li imate dete ili ne.”

Ona je otkrila da vežba pet puta nedeljno, uveće kada joj ćerka spava. Njena snažna volja i vedar duh uspeli su da motivišu preko 2 miliona mama širom sveta, što je i broj njenih pratilaca na ovoj društvenoj mreži.
