Ohlađen fil mutite i dodati kašiku po kašiku umućenog putera i mutiti da se dobije homogena masa
Fil ostawiti da se malo stegne pa filovati sledećim redom: kora fil šlag i tago redom
Ja sam filovala sledećim redom: Kora fil pa stavljam na nekih 2 minuta u zamrzivač i onda izvadim i stavim šlag, kora pa fil i opet malo u zamrzivač da ne bi fil curio i tako redom
Vi ako ne prekrijete tortu sa fondanom ili sa čokoladnom glazurom morate dodati još jedan šlag osim onih 750 gama što piše u receptu
Posluživanje: Tortu ostaviti da se dobro stegne da bi se lepo rezala
