Svinjsku šniclu od oko 180 g, oprati, osušiti čistom krpom pa izlupati čekićem za meso. Posoliti, pobiberiti i posuti iseckanim timijanom (može i sušeni). Ostaviti da odstoji dvadesetak minuta.
Šoljicu pirinča oprati. Izručiti u malu šerpu i preliti sa 2 šoljice vode.
Pirinač malo posoliti i staviti na vatru da proključa. Smanjiti temperaturu i kuvati desetak minuta. Posoliti, poklopiti i ostaviti na toploj ringli dvadesetak minuta.
Pripremljenu šniclu uvaljati u prezle i pržiti na zagrejanoj masnoći, sa jedne strane 3-4 minuta. Okrenuti i pržiti još 2-3 minuta. da lepo porumeni
U posudu u kojoj se prži meso sipati malo belog vina i još malo propržiti šniclu.
Meso servirati na pirinču (preliveno sokom u kome se pržilo) sa sezonskom salatom.
